Return Policy 


At Freya Trade LLC, we understand that our customer's satisfaction is our top priority. That is why we offer a comprehensive return policy, designed to ensure that all customers are happy with the products they purchase from us. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. To initiate a return, simply follow the information below and we will provide you with the necessary instructions. We strive to make sure that all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase, and we hope that you will be too!

 

Returns
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item that is untampered. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material.

All returns must be approved prior to returning.

To start the return process please email customerservice@freyatrade.com for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only clean, untampered items will be accepted for returns within 15 days of the date item was delivered to you. 

Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

We reserve the right to initiate a restocking fee if the number of returned items becomes excessive.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Resale
Our products are not authorized for resale. Any attempt to return an item purchased through a third party will render our return policy void.
